Students In Action is a school-based youth leadership program, designed to pass the tradition of service on to the next generation. It combines classroom training with hands-on, team-based service activities to develop lifelong leadership skills. Students In Action provides a framework and a toolkit, empowering High School students to make a difference in their schools, in their communities and, most importantly, in themselves. Students In Action is a program of the Jefferson Awards for Public Service, is currently active in over 325 High Schools in 14 communities across the U.S. and is growing rapidly. |
