Mayor Funk of Newark, DE hosts the Youth Service Challenge Launch 2011-2012

On February 13, 2012 in City Council Chambers at a city council meeting Mayor Funk of Newark launched the Youth Service Challenge to a packed room. Residents from the city of Newark came to hear more information on YSC. Urszula Stankiewicz and Melanie Gonsecki presented to the Mayor, City Council, and all whom attended.
